Here We Grow Again in Twenty-Ten Touchstone had a very successful year in 2009, and yet we are revitalized in Twenty-Ten to grow again. We surpassed milestones in 2009 in all areas of our business. We sustained our image that Touchstone is different and what makes us different is our: - Excellent leadership that is focused and executes our plan every day.
- Stability at the agent level where we have averaged 95% attendance this year as well as low turnover of less than 5%.
- Insistence of quality at every level where our actions internally back up our talk.
We always pay our employees on time; we reward and recognize all efforts fairly and consistently. Hence through our efforts, we have earned credibility of our stakeholders and we are continuously prospering. We are starting Twenty-Ten with enhanced compensation and a bonus plan for our employees. Our goal is to add more clients and diversify our business in several verticals including software development. We will be adding more people in our Direct Sales Division to fulfill our hiring goal of adding 100 people by year end. We are confident that with persistent emphasis on training our workforce, providing quality to our clients and recognizing and rewarding our employees, we will achieve greater milestones.
