Touchstone has prospered over the past six years because of our focus and emphasis on two things – our people and the quality of work they produce. This same focus will continue to carry us through the next decade.

It is our belief that making certain that our employees are #1 – first in being respected, first in recognition, first in compensation, and first in training internally and externally – that they will in return make our customers first, which they have done.

Our second focus is on quality, using the following adage –

“Quantity never leads to quality, but quality always leads to quantity.” In other words, the more things you do right, the more things you can do. We certainly feel that focus on our people and quality for our clients is the formula for success.
